Ultrafast and economical stringing test

thingiverse

There are already numerous calibration and test parts designed to prevent stringing in your printer, but this one is tailored for rapid printing to achieve a high number of iterations within a short timeframe without excessive filament waste. If you still notice no improvement, it's advisable to stop the print and initiate a new one. The print will quickly return to the point where the two pyramids intersect, allowing you to observe and analyze stringing behavior. The base plate height is merely 0.7mm, which translates to only three small layers if printing with 0.3mm for the first layer and 0.2mm for subsequent layers. One finished print of these parts in PLA weighs approximately 0.23g. If tweaking retraction and temperature settings doesn't yield desired results, try drying your filament and verify that there's no overextrusion before printing another 20 of these items. Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100%
