Ultracompact set ChessBlock
prusaprinters

I made this set based on the famous chess of Josef Hartwig. But unlike his project, here chess pieces are placed one inside the other. This is similar to the principle of nesting dolls.

I retained the basic designations of the Bauhaus chess pieces, the silhouette of which conveys their movement. For example, a hole in the shape of a corner at a knight or a diagonal cross at a bishop. And I added a straight cross to indicate the rook.

All 32 figures can be placed one inside the other in a very small box - 5x5 cm.

My previous project is based on the Lanier Graham chess game https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/28622-ultracompact-set-chessbox

The latest chess project based on Maurits Cornelis Escher https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/28518-ultracompact-set-castlechess

Print instructions

Supports:
No

Notes:
All files should be printed as usual, except for the box - it is necessary to use the spiral vase mode for it. The thickness of the walls and the base should be from 0.6 to 0.8. I have not done the cap yet, I hope I will add it in the future.
