After repeatedly breaking multiple Micro HDMI adapters due to their flawed design and the weight of the HDMI cable, I decided to create a custom attachment that would support the cable's weight. The Micro HDMI adapter cable section slots into one end of this part, while the other end snugly fits onto my Asus UX305 Zenbook. The SolidWorks model can be easily modified to accommodate another ultrabook. This design eliminates the need for any supports or build adhesion. Simply rotate it so that it lies flat on the build plate.
