Ultra Stick 30CC Improved Hatch

This is a replacement for the hatch that comes with the Ultra Stick 30CC. It is much stronger than the original. It is meant to be printed with the tabs facing up. Use supports when printing. Even with that you'll get a little stringing under the tabs. The hatch opening varies between planes. I made this to fit the largest opening I found. You can sand it down to size to fit your plane as needed. I used Overture PLA white and the color match was pretty good. If you need the hatch screw, the name of them are knurled thumb screws. Search Amazon or eBay and you will find them. They are an M3 thread and I used a 16mm long one. I used a bonded washer on top and I CA a small washer to the threads on the bottom to retain it on the hatch.
