For the camera, check out the 1g Nano Camera (480TVL) from fpvhobby.com. You'll need two Hitec HS-65HB servos for this project. Follow these instructions: print both parts, attach servo horns to prints, affix servos to horns, insert camera into hole and secure with tape or glue, add other electronics such as RX, VTX, GPS, BEC, and enjoy your new tilt-pan camera mount!
