I was really impressed by the design of MonkeyOrMan's box, so I decided to customize it for my prescription ointment using for my upcoming Ultra trip. To give it a bit more style, I added the Ultra logo on the lid, which also helps me easily identify the top. Next, I shortened the top slightly and created an O-ring from the excess material, ensuring that the box is completely air/water tight. After testing it in a bucket of water for up to 20 minutes, fully submerged, I was thrilled to find that no water had entered. I printed the box using Stronghero3D black PETG at a layer height of 0.1mm, while the O-ring was made from Sainsmart red TPU at a layer height of 0.2mm.
