Inspired by the Superfly extruder! Very light, reliable, mount designed for the BIQU B1 Fusion file included for reference or modification if needed. Can use left, right or both fan ducts, just mirror in the slicer if you want the other side. Fan mounts and gantry mount still a work in progress, but I wanted to share the extruder. Materials list to come. One heat set insert needed for the tensioner screw, but careful don't heat too much! Mount designed to be used with sensorless homing, BLTouch mounts directly behind nozzle I'll add the exact offsets later, I believe it is X=0, Y=21, Z=1.4 Start all motor mount screws and tighten lower left screw before installing on main body, that is the pivot for the motor to eliminate backlash. Washers needed on upper motor mount screws to keep tight. Been running over 40 hours with PLA for extruder and mount without issue. Fan ducts and tensioner should be ABS preferably or at least PETG for strength and heat resistance. If neither can be printed or available fan ducts may melt but tensioner should be ok if infill is at close to 100%. Extruder body can be mounted to motor plate screwed straight into plastic or holes can be widened and inserts installed. *USB board cannot be used with this mount, though there is room if the Bltouch is not used or is moved. Extruder will also have to be flipped so motor is away from gantry(not ideal) *You will need BMG internals *Included .STL for insert to replace fitting on top of V6, will need a short piece of PTFE tube between extruder and hotend if you have a non threaded version you can probably get away with just using the tube for a straight path, another piece is recommended on top of extruder to eliminate wear *Fan ducts will need to be modified for Volcano and possibly for other hotend variants(Mosquito, Dragon, etc)
