This is my custom-made Ultimate Guard deck box edition. Since they don't produce a 60+ version of this product specifically for casual players, I designed and built one from scratch using Fusion 360 software. My deck box can accommodate sixty sleeved Magic: The Gathering cards plus some extra space for tokens or other small items. To ensure stackability, I added tiny stand-offs and recesses to the design. Opening this style of box is straightforward when you turn it with the lettering facing upwards - just gently crack it like an eggshell. I'm eager to hear your thoughts on this project. If anyone attempts or recreates a similar deck box, please don't hesitate to share your results.
