The wooden components are designed for compatibility with a router, featuring a stackable structure that attaches onto an Ultimaker. However, this is a preliminary version as certain dimensions need alteration, such as the diameter of the X-axis shafts. If you intend to use or modify this design, here's a brief rundown of routing instructions. The drawing has been prepared for cutting with 3 and 5mm flat-end mill bits. Layers labeled numerically in the DXF file should be routed in accordance with that sequence. To secure the parts, I recommend fixing them to the routing table using screws in the first holes layer. Ensure proper referencing of the drawing to fix each part safely. This design is derived from plans of the Ultimaker 3D printer (thing:8563) and the mantis-30 router (thing:6115), which itself is a derivative of David Carr's mantis design (http://makeyourbot.org/mantis9-1). This project remains in development, with intentions to increase the size of axis shafts, incorporate hinged front/top construction, and other enhancements before creating a complete prototype.
