I had to add some extra weight to the tiny fellow so he'd fit snugly on the USB stick, and I relocated his antennas to the center for easier printing. To get a solid print, make sure the flat sides face down - I added supports that came off easily with a small chisel. The USB stick in use is an "ICIDU metal" model, available at stores like "MyCom" or "Dixons" over in Holland. If you want to create your own design for this specific USB stick, you can simply reuse my "design spark mechanical" file without any hassle.
