Ultimate Support 13494 leg fitting shim
thingiverse
I snapped the leg fitting for my Ultimate Support TS-30 bike workstand. The company doesn't make a direct replacement for a twenty-four-year-old part, so I had to find an alternative. Their closest option (as of mid 2019) is part number 13494 - a leg fitting available at http://www.ultimatesupport.com/leg-fitting.html. However, this design is intended for a 1-3/4" outer tube and mine measures 1-5/8", so I created a shim with flanges to prevent it from slipping out. Printing three pieces should be sufficient. It's worth noting that the bike stand business has changed hands and is now under the ownership of Feedback Sports https://www.feedbacksports.com/. Unfortunately, they do not offer a replacement part, but if you provide them with a compelling reason, they may be willing to make a deal on a replacement tripod. You would need to swap out your bike clamp in this scenario. Two nearly identical components are included here: one full-size shim (1-5/8" to 1-3/4") and another with an extra 0.010" clearance. I printed the former, but it was too tight, so I only used two of the three pieces. Additionally, if you purchase the 13494 part, you will also need the collar clamp (http://www.ultimatesupport.com/collar-clamp.html, part #13519). You may be able to use your quick release instead, but it is a bit short. Alternatively, you can buy either the ZKB-175 Hand Knob (http://www.ultimatesupport.com/zkb-175-hand-knob-1-75-44mm.html, part number 13805) or the quick release Lever/Hinge (http://www.ultimatesupport.com/lever-hinge.html, part #14929).
