If your printer isn't in top condition - scale the models down a bit, or it might be a difficult print.

The box: No supports. No Skirt. Adaptive layer height. Split the STL into parts to separate the logo from the box. If you're printing on a multilateral printer, set the color of the letters, otherwise delete the letters. You can skip this if you want a box with no logo.

The game board sections are designed as a cover for the box. They are aligned by three pins. You can split the model and delete these if you prefer to use screws or some other rods (I've added holes for that). If you want to print them, I suggest that you add a “color change” pause and change to strong material that doesn't ooze (add a custom gcode nozzle temperature change if necessary: https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/insert-pause-or-custom-g-code-at-layer_120490/).

Ideally, split the models, print the pins individually with TPU and pin them in place or attach them with hot glue.

To save time, print the box with 0.6 or 0.8 nozzle.

The board sections: No support. No skirt. Detect bridges. Print the board pieces with at least 10% rectilinear infill, 1 perimeter and concentric top fill pattern for a nicer look. Use adaptive layer height with highest quality settings. Print on a smooth PEI sheet without scratches or a textured sheet. If there are scratches on the sheet, they'll transfer to the board.

For a nicer look, add “color change” stops to color the circular sockets on the board anyway you like it. There are “regular” sockets, “starting positions” sockets and “stockade” sockets for the 4 players side:

Change the infill angle to 90 degrees for nicer looks and add a modifier to print the socket bridges at an angle of 180 degree, but avoid the interface sockets or your bridges will sag:

The Interlocking Pins

Print with TPU, one perimeter, 10% infill rectilinear, scale the model to 105% OR print regularly with a non flex material.

The Flags

Print slowly with at least 3 perimeters, ideally use PLA for a nicer finish. Adaptive layer height. You use a different color for each player (optional).

The Stratego Pieces

No supports. Concentric bottom and top infill patterns. At least 10% infill. Adaptive layer height on highest quality. Print 40 pieces at a time. In the "arrange options" Enable rotation and change the spacing to 1 mm. For classic Stratego, each player needs 40 pieces. Print the pieces with a different color for each player.
