This frame not only supports payload lifting in static conditions but also tackles tilting due to acceleration and offers crash protection. Although additional material is needed for dynamic stresses and enhanced safety, the weight remains under 90g in ABS. Stability is crucial in a real flight environment as a simple cross structure may be insufficient. Components are mounted on honeycomb structures that offer lightweight docking surfaces and prevent electronics & battery overheating. I've used Rhino, Generate, Inspire (due to performance issues with Frustrum), and Materialise 3-matic for design.
