<p>Collection of six-sided dice with an inserted core. Customize your own multi-color dice.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Updates</h3><ul><li>2022-04-28: Added two versions of <strong>new 7-segment display die, </strong>one variation of the dot die and one variaton of the roman die.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Printing</h3><p>For each die you will need a core and the design of the die that you like the most. <strong>Don't forget to print the core first.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>Core</h4><p>The core measures exactly the same as the hole inside the die, therefore <strong>you will have to reduce it according to the tolerances that your printer handles </strong>in order to insert it into the die without problems.</p><p>It works well for me by reducing it to just 0.2mm, I recommend that the first time you print a few cores of various sizes to check which is the best one.</p><p>The core must have the exact size to fit easily into the die, but at the same time not be loose inside it, otherwise it will move and the rolls will not be correct, as well as making strange noises.</p><ul><li><i>Tip</i>: You can print your core in various colors if you want the bottom or top numbers on your die to have different colour, for this add a color shift at approx 0.8mm.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>Die</h4><p>The dice are available in various designs and over time I may add more.</p><p>Not all designs can be printed without supports, this is indicated on each design, but please note that <strong>don not add supports inside of the die otherwise you will not be able to insert the core</strong>.</p><p>The <strong>top layer of the die needs no supports as it is printed directly onto the core </strong>and is therefore fully supported. Note that <strong>you must add a stop just before printing the first top layer in order to insert the core into your die</strong>.</p><ul><li><i>Tip</i>: Check out my .3mf and .gcode examples to see how to do it right.</li></ul>
