Are you fed up with the repetitive process of "print, measure, adjust, repeat" to calibrate your axis' backlash? Look no further! With our definitive calibration piece, you only need to print once for each axis - no calipers required. The calibration object features straight parallel lines along the axis, with offsets that increase by a predefined amount (0.03mm multiplied by the line number in the provided STL files). Simply print the object without activating the lash plugin, count the visible lines up to where you can't see any steps (starting from zero), multiply this number by 0.03, and you will have your backlash measurement. Feel free to modify the design as per your preferences; the OpenSCAD source code is also included for your convenience.
