Ultimate Jig Saw Handle
thingiverse
Two days ago, I successfully printed a revised model from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2491385, but encountered some problems initially. * The hole for the blade was too large, causing issues with Bosch blades. * The container cap proved to be weak and I lost it during use. * Although the tightening ring fit my fingers comfortably, it lacked a blocking system, making it unreliable throughout manipulation. * Unfortunately, the handle split during printing, requiring post-processing. However, after spending several hours in Fusion 360 and conducting test prints, I was able to resolve these issues by creating new designs with the following improvements: * All parts are now designed without splitting the handle. * The blade hole has been redesigned to fit Bosch blades perfectly. * A screw cap has been added to prevent losing blades during use. * The container can accommodate more than 8 blades at once. * A secure tightening ring system has been implemented, allowing for reliable manipulation. All parts are fully printable and feature smooth overhangs (no bridges), ensuring a comfortable fit in the hand.
