Ultimate Extruder Calibration Test with modifier
thingiverse
The refined code for the Ultimate Extruder Calibration Test eliminates redundant math and corrects calculations, allowing variables to work properly if changed from default settings. It adds functionality to print only failed bridges after the first run, making calibration quicker as the object progressively requires less material and time to print. To use this feature, first generate an STL file with the "broken" variable set to 0, then slice and print it. After printing, assess the strength and minimal sag by breaking off bridges manually. Set the "broken" variable to the number of broken bridges (literally). Next, recompile and generate a new STL file containing only the broken bridges plus one. Adjust settings as needed and print the updated STL. Repeat this process until reaching 0 or achieving desired strength. Credit goes to Starno for the original concept.
