I required an effective method to cool PLA with my E3D v6 and MakerGear M2. Existing mounts were numerous, but none of them met my requirements, or were excessively large (heavy) and intricate.\nAny mount that splits the hot-end heat-sink fan output is unacceptable because one must have a way to disable the fan if you ever intend to print ABS, or PC. I do not use a fan when printing PET-G either.
