Ultimate Disc Scoreboard - the ScoreDisc
prusaprinters
I made a scoreboard for ultimate that fits in a disc. 3D print 18 of the segments in black, and 18 in white. I used ABS, 10% infill. superglue the halves together, and let them dry. update: I added a filament change stl, just change the filament somewhere in the middle of the print (3mm optimally). you can do this manually, or with your slicer) 2D print the disc template pdf (set up for 8.5x11 paper) and use that as a guide for where to drill the holes in the disc. I cut out the circle, taped it to the disc, and put dots with sharpie where the holes go. Hold the sharpie to the paper for a second or two and the ink will bleed through to the disc and mark all the spots to drill. I drilled 1/8" holes. There are 18 holes to drill, 9 per team. I used nylon cord (Dritz 9342B or other 1/16" elastic cord) to attach the segments to the disc. I used a square knot for each segment. The hardest part is getting the tension right, you want there to be enough to hold the pieces flat, but not so much that it's hard to flip them over. I've heard using one long piece of cord and tensioning it all at once is easier. Category: Sport & Outdoors
