Ultimate Cooler for Nema 17 Stepper motor for 40mm++

Hello, I'm dealing with a serious issue during the summer months: many of my printers experience overheating motors. Initially, I checked the current draw on each motor, but everything seemed fine, so I decided to design a nema 17 stepper motor cooler for efficient and perfect cooling with easy setup. Before printing anything, make sure to read your print settings! Here are the key features of my project: -for all Nema17 stepper motors (42mm sides) larger than 40mm (40, 48, 60: most printers fall into this category) -40mm fan (I'll also design a 30mm and radial fan model if there's demand) -this design fits on the back of the motor; nearly all steppers have space available -printed in two parts: no need to remove the stepper motor or unplug it (you can install it during printing!) -efficient cooling thanks to the baffles I created -cools both sides and the rear of the motor -easy to print: just set 100% infill and supports for angles greater than 70° -in my case, this design reduced the temperature from 136°F to 95°F (58°C to 35°C) during a four-hour print! (no more stepper skipping or overheating!) -M3 screws (10 or 12mm) hold the 40mm fan in place -just print, attach it to the stepper motor, mount the fan, and you're good to go! I hope you love this design! Please like if you download and share your prints; I'd love to see how others use this cooler!
