I love the Ultimate Cam Mount by EdWorks at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3155083 but I also use an EZABL on my Ender 3 so the slight extra height added to the end stop switch cover prevented the nozzle from triggering it properly. I merged the arm with this base https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2845586 in Tinkercad, making it all one piece and exactly the same height as the original. Presto! The end stop switch is now triggering again and I have just the cam mount that I wanted. Note that this is only the base arm; you can find the other pieces and printing instructions on the first link above.
