Ultimate Ball Bearing Spool Holder 3000

If you're struggling with your extruder pulling on a stubborn spool, this is the holder you need! It utilizes Ball Bearings that allow the spool to spin and feed filament effortlessly. So satisfyingly smooth! I designed this Spool Holder from scratch as a replacement for the stock spool holder on my Aurarum Wombot Exilis XL but it should work well on similar 30mm extruded frames. The insert assembly comes in two parts: an inner half and outer half, which fit perfectly into 30mm spool holes. The grooves enable Spool Hole Diameter Adapters to slide on and better fit common 50mm and 55mm spool holes. Both halves' ends fit snugly into ball bearings that are hot glued to the spool arms. Requires: Two 8mm Inner Diameter, 22mm Outer Diameter Ball Bearings Depending on your printer's tolerances, you may need to drill a hole in the outer half to prevent pressure or suction when removing both halves. Recommended Settings: 0.3mm Layer Height Four Outer Shells for added Strength
