The ultimate version of the Triple Fang that I have calculated and implemented for my own U20 printer. Presented here in three versions: - Normal version with square ventilo - Design version with ventilo positioned in triangle - Evolved version with ventilo triangle and BL-TOUCH support You will find here: - Addition of a thickness at the bottom of the vents - An ideal air flow, calculated precisely to be in the right place at the right time - Access to the central pneumatic attachment is extremely practical without having to disassemble the fang - No air bending, the flow is straight and precise - The heights of the outlets are designed not to interfere with printing - A practical cable attachment - A futuristic design The modifications compared to the previous model: - The flow is now directed very precisely to cool the filament as it exits, without cooling the nozzle in the process. - The distance between the outlets and the heating block is optimized to avoid interfering with printing. - The fans are oriented so that air does not meet any obstacles or constrictions. No bends, air is propelled straight along its entire length. - The diameter of the outlets has been recalculated for precise airflow without unnecessary dispersal. - The fang can now be printed WITHOUT SUPPORT! and it's much more practical... - The bars present in the central ventilation block are to be removed before fixing on the printer (these are mini supports that I created in advance for a better finish. Simply). - A location for one of the original cart wheels is now provided, making installation easier. - The fan holes have been made smaller for easier use with standard self-tapping screws. - The cable retention bar has been optimized in terms of placement and height. Note that I added two versions, a classic one and a "Batman" mode version with a triangular center. Print the one you prefer! I now use it non-stop and this fang has further improved the quality of my prints, so if it can be useful to you... This is the final version.
