I'm using the Ultimaker3 rail system to mount a Raspberry Pi in a model A Pibow case and a Picamera on my printer for monitoring and videoing everything that happens. This setup is based heavily on Jakejake's Ultimaker2 system, but I've made some significant changes. First, I reworked the hooks on the rail to fit perfectly with the Ultimaker3 design. Next, I created a GoPro camera mount that seamlessly integrates into this system. The Picamera mounting option even works in conjunction with the GoPro setup (though it hasn't been thoroughly tested yet). Lastly, I designed a protective plate for my Raspberry Pi Model A Pibow case, which also fits nicely onto the rail. This addition provides an extra layer of protection and convenience when using this system.
