I'm not sure what kind of project this is, but it looks impressive. To build my chain, I needed 12 segments and end pieces. The cable length might vary, so your results may differ. First, assemble the entire chain before attaching it to the machine. Although the tolerances aren't extremely tight, I made the parts quite rigid to prevent them from bending too much. Once the chain is installed, adding more pieces becomes challenging due to limited space. The angled piece replaces the original clip that held the cable in place, so simply unscrew and swap it out. To secure the bottom piece, I used double-sided tape since I didn't want to drill into the machine. Make sure to position the piece correctly to prevent the chain from curving under the bed. It's a good idea to manually move the bed up and down a few times to ensure everything fits before letting the machine operate on its own.
