A new Uti controller box designed to replace the old wooden one that comes with it. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer Model: Ultimaker Original Rafts: No rafts needed, as prints face down without any issues. Supports: No supports required. Resolution: Set at 0.15mm for detailed prints. Infill Percentage: Printing at 20% infill for a balanced mix of speed and quality. Notes: Thanks to the printer's design, there is no need for additional support in this model. Used Materials: Filament Brand: Dutch Orange Colorfabb Filament Diameter: 2.85mm Printing Temperature: Heated up to 210C. Print Speed: Moved at a speed of 50mm. Post-Printing: Step 1: Secure the Uti Controller Box Power off the Ultimaker and unplug it from power supply. Release the old wooden Uti controller box's hex bolts, carefully noting the connections to main controller for later reference. Feed cables back through the print head opening and secure them back with care. Fasten the Uni-Controller box tightly using 4x5mm hex bolts without over-tightening. Step 2: Attaching New Panel Insert new control panel and mark 3 bolt positions on it to accommodate its fit. Drill necessary holes and screw in retaining 12mm hex bolts along with washers and nuts for extra security. Step 3: Installing Uni-Controller For proper placement, use the Panelolu2 knob remix to get an optimal design fit without leaving gaps or making uneven lines. Use a small shim if necessary to ensure smooth surface integration and adjust as per your need for the tightest fit. The Uti Controller Box is designed in 123D software and made for perfect fit into the original Ultimaker machine with two SD card slots at a raised angle that not only gives ease of handling but blocks the main entrance allowing access without disturbance.
