To repair my damaged Ultimaker hinge, I designed a replacement part using OpenSCAD, extruding an SVG from published lasercut plans (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8563). I printed mine in PLA with 0.40 infill for strength, and you might need to edit .DXF file holes to fit screw threads if necessary. I enlarged my holes by about 10% for a snug fit.
