I'm Currently Building an Aluminum Ultimaker 2 and the Available Print Heads Didn't Suit My Needs So I Designed This One. It's Based on the Original Ultimaker Head But with a Mounting System That Allows Easy Nozzle Changes if Required. Three Versions Are Provided, All Made for Use With E3D V6, Each Featuring a Different Setup: Single Nozzle, Double Nozzle and an Experimental Chimera Design. Just Download the Upper Section, Middle Part, and Appropriate Lower Section Depending on Your Requirements. Six Millimeter and Eight Millimeter Rods Have Their Own Specific Versions. Four M4 50mm Bolts, Four M4 Nuts and Some Extra Fasteners Are Needed to Put It Together - Specifically Two M3 Screws Each for Single and Double Setups and Three More M3 20mm Screws for the Chimera Design. Since I Haven't Yet Assembled the Last Few Parts I've Not Had a Chance to Test It, but as Soon as That Happens I'll Update You With the Outcome. I Made Some Additions Including Top Sections with Guides for Bowden Tubes in Case You Need Those Too. This is Definitely Still a Work in Progress and Any Suggestions or Ideas Are More Than Welcome - Just Let Me Know! Print Settings Are Very Simple: * Rafts Can Be Anything - Just Print Away * Supports: Forget About Them - We're All Good Here
