To build this carriage, gather screws, linear bearings, and nuts from aliexpress: https://goo.gl/13sYSG Details to come later. The outside diameter of these linear bearings is 11mm for 8mm shafts. Each bearing measures 30mm in length. Important: Verify the space between the shafts. My initial design had 12.5mm, while this new version has 18mm. You'll need to adjust the ball bearing mounts or download the current version with the original dimensions. Sketches and new mounts for ball bearings will be uploaded soon.
