In my project, I aimed to incorporate an Ultimaker robot model within an OpenSCAD design; however, OpenSCAD couldn't handle it initially. After simplifying the model multiple times using MeshLab and Netfabb, I successfully prepared it for use in OpenSCAD. Despite reducing the quality significantly on a fine model, the mash-up must go on! To share, I have included the simplified original, a version with flattened back, an SVG outline, and a DXF file for linear extrusion. For enhanced customization, I've also added a version without the hole at the back of the head. Enjoy and happy mashing up!
