When using dual extrusion, the fan should be slightly offset outwards for certain fan ducts. Additionally, this design works when the fan is on the same side as the extruder head. If you only have a single hotend with the fan on the opposite side, use the Mk2 version (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:31599). To print, use 0.2mm layers and attach to the fan duct using M3x10 capscrews.
