When assembling or reassembling your Ultimaker 2+ printhead, it's essential to ensure that it's fully calibrated upon completion. Avoid overtightening the printhead in an attempt to grasp the spacer, as excessive tension on the thumbscrews can cause the spacer to deform, especially when printing with materials like PLA.
