This lightweight 2-piece cover enhances the appearance of Ultimaker V2 Hotend. The original design by Gijs was improved by Thingster, and I further modified it by reducing its weight by 40% and creating interlocking corners. My updated version ensures that it does not touch wires. Additionally, a dual extruder print head cover (PrintheadCover2X.stl) is available upon request, although it hasn't been tested yet. The Autodesk Inventor CAD files are also included for convenience. Print the parts with wall thickness at 0.4mm, layer height at 0.2mm and 100% fill; ensure to rotate both pieces before slicing, as they should be printed upside-down compared to the STL model orientation.
