For those familiar with Ultimaker maintenance, repeatedly disassembling nozzles may lead to damaged PEEK adapters due to ABS or PLA build-up. To resolve this issue, use the provided CNC machine file to create a replacement part from PEEK rod stock, machinable ceramic, or other high-temperature materials. Tap an M6 bottoming tap 11mm into the end, ensuring it's straight and flush with the aluminum plate. The version without a lip is easier to mill; however, applying pressure on the aluminum plate may require additional methods.
