This text demonstrates creating a makeshift parachute using mini army men, kite string or fishing line, and a produce bag from the grocery store. By cutting the sides of the bag, a larger chute can be made. A sheet bend knot is suggested for attaching the string to the corners of the bag. The lighter the model and the bigger the parachute, the slower it will descend.
