New STLs added:- MHC - Wiper Beta1 I'm excited to share this beta version, despite the lack of documentation, as it's working surprisingly well so far. Unfortunately, I'll be busy and won't have time to properly document it or finish it anytime soon. Here are the key components: x1 Axis 5mm for Motor Emax GT3520 - a basic 5mm shaft x2 5mm ID bearings, 16mm OD, 5mm width - I used these because they were readily available and fit my needs To assemble it, you'll need to lower the bed to z18/z19, then execute a wipe movement coded in Simplify3D toolchange. After that, I need to fine-tune the script. Also, after the head reaches z18/19, the script must pause to avoid collisions; I achieve this by splitting the job into two parts. New STLs added:- Mhc V3 Head Part2- Mhc V3 Fan Head Holder- Mhc V3 Fan Cap- Mhc V3 Clamp These new components, like their predecessors, require drilling on the Head Part2 and Fan Head Holder. Before using the side holes of the Fan Head Holder that connect to the Fan Cap, I suggest marking them with an m3 screw beforehand using a screwdriver (I use an electrical one). This makes it much easier to prepare the fan cap-fan head holder. This version printed on Carbonfil can reach 85C. Multiple prints and infrared camera shots show that it can hold the heat of the head perfectly, especially now that there's room in the fan cap holder to screw in a 5V 25x25 fan, keeping the peak temperature nice and cold. In my tests, the air didn't affect the head, allowing me to print at 260C without issues. This design is based on Foehnsturm's original idea, tailored for the Ultimaker Original Plus. Read the PDF for assembly instructions and tips; I've documented as much as possible, but I might have missed something. To ensure a solid Clamp, print it at 26% infill and clean the supports; use a metal clamp to secure the bearings in place, as they fit tightly to prevent future movement.
