I found the original design a bit challenging, but it was an excellent starting point. Thanks, fns720! Modified the positioning and thickness of the legs connecting to the spool mount, anticipating more variability in real-world applications. Added a groove along the middle section to accommodate nuts/bolts securing the wooden mount, enabling this spool mount to sit flush on the surface. Expanded the hole linking through the mount to the m6 nut. This modification reduces the risk of delamination when threading the rod. Conceived to pair seamlessly with the Low friction spool holder, designed by sneakypoo.
