Ultimaker Original Iphone 4S Bracket

Here is a simple bracket designed to mount an old Iphone 4S on the end of my Ultimaker Original machine in order to utilize the time lapse feature introduced with IOS 8. Constructed to accommodate an Iphone 4S, this bracket may also be used for devices that do not exceed a depth of 10mm. There are two holes provided for securing the bracket using a size #6-32 machine screw; however, it is not entirely necessary. Important Note: You will find that you must lock the auto-focus on the iPhone. Do this before pressing the shutter button by tapping and holding in the center of the screen until a yellow box appears and the letters AE/AF are visible at the top of the screen. This indicates that the autofocus is locked. Instructions: Print two of these brackets and secure them to either the front or right side of an Ultimaker Original machine, located at the top of the machine where there is a small amount of laser-cut wooden material above the top plate. Slide the iPhone 4S between the two brackets and adjust your camera viewing location for optimal printing results.
