The Ultimaker nozzle assembly is soon to be upgraded for enhanced performance. Currently, it's printing at a precise 20 micron layers. This redesigned nozzle requires no additional materials to fill gaps, unlike the original setup. No PTFE tape or ABS extrusion is needed to seal gaps - a major departure from traditional Ultimaker configurations. Simply turn up the white PTFE part tap some threads and screw together for seamless assembly.
