To avoid dismantling the extruder head, I designed an aid for pushing bearings flush. Print it at 100% infill and place around the hot-end rod. Utilize the block to gently push the bearing into the head without bending rods; use your thumb as leverage. To correct over-insertion, employ the opposite side's block. Remember to remove this aid before restarting the machine. Note that I slightly adjusted ID and OD measurements (0.2mm) for better rod fit, as calibration issues may vary.
