These custom 3D printed hinges were designed specifically for an Ultimaker 2 door. A single print job yields a fully functional piece, eliminating the need for bolts or screws to hold the moving parts together! The available hinge options include: 1. LongHinge: suitable for top and middle hinges 2. Oh-face_Hinge: a less material-intensive design with a unique feature on its face 3. BottomHinge: designed specifically for the bottom hinge Depending on the type of plate used behind the hinge, spacers may be required to ensure proper fitment. The available spacer kits include: 4. SmallSpacerKit: includes 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5mm spacers for use with the BottomHinge 5. SpacerKit: includes 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5mm spacers for use with LongHinge and Oh-face_Hinge The plastic plate used in this design measures 30x30cm with a thickness of 4mm. Each hole has a diameter of 4mm (spacer holes are slightly larger at 4.2mm). Additionally, the original screws on the UM2 were replaced with longer ones to ensure proper functionality.
