Revision Notes 5th November 2013 Added three newer versions, 1.2A, 1.2B, and 1.2C, along with 1.2D, which include a GoPro name plate on the front. 4th November 2013 Inserted two newer versions, 1.2 and 1.2a, specifically for Hero 3 users; revised to feature thinner walls, requiring less material, with experimental versions 1.2B/D incorporating tabs to secure the cover in place better using an elastic band, addressing a common issue of covers falling off after repeated use or when placed in bags or pockets. 6th June 2013 Revised the GoPro Hero 3 cover by removing side lips to simplify opening the GP case while wearing the cover; maintained top and bottom edges with lips for easy removal. Versions 1.2B and 1.2D match their counterparts without the GoPro name branding on the faceplate, utilizing my own measured dimensions for a snug fit, overcoming issues with fine tolerances from other designs. A small recess was added to the cover's top edge to prevent binding on the lens face; initially intended as a tolerance test piece, it proved to be a perfect fit upon first attempt, prompting its release for others to benefit from.
