Ultimaker Feeder Upgrade

Instructions: Once printed, take apart your old feeder and use a standard nut - not one with a lock thread - and plop the bearing on. Away you should go. It's a little tight getting it in there, but it works nicely. Make sure to print it with 100% fill; anything less will crumble under pressure as needed to push the bearing against the filament. I added small black dots to the outside of the bearing with a sharpie - about 15-20 of them. The reason is so through the gap you can look in and check if the bearing is moving. A flashlight is needed for this, providing a great way to see if you're actually getting movement on the print or not.
