Based on a request from Catohagen, I developed a new version of my previous double helical feeder gear mod that features straight teeth. You can find the original as well as the knob for this modification on Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:40334. Remember to use the highest possible resolution and set the gears to a minimum of 80% filling, while the knob should be printed with 100% filling since it is intentionally hollow in certain areas.
