Ultimaker extruder gear upgrade (w/ bigger hex nut hole)

I enjoyed the Ultimaker extruder gear upgrade by xifle, but after printing it, I discovered that either our extruder gear hex nuts differed or my printer produced a hex nut hole that was too small. To help others facing the same issue, here's the modified version that worked for me: the gear remains the same as xfile's version, but with a slightly wider hex nut hole for a perfect snap fit.
