I was captivated by 'Ducted cooling fan by Iwo's design, so I created a similar one for my Ultimaker 3D printer. This lightweight, compact cooler enhances airflow with a separated duct and roof to reduce air resistance. Follow these steps to assemble and install it: print the parts, attach a 40mm fan to the roof using 4 M3x16 bolts, glue the roof to the duct, replace two extruder head screws with 4 M3x100 ones, mount the cooling duct just above the nozzle exit height with four bolts, ensure they're tight, connect the fan cable to the PCB fan connector, and run calibration prints again to appreciate the improved cooling.
