Having successfully established my Minimalistic Head setup, I decided to experiment further. Firstly, I crafted a clip for my Dremel 400, designed to mount the Dremel attachment onto an Ultimaker. In an update, I ordered another tool for enhanced precision in smaller grinds. Additionally, I've been dabbling with PCB-Gcode and GCode Simulator, working on fine-tuning the gcode to achieve optimal results. My latest updates include completing my table/bed and creating my first PCB using it. Although I faced some challenges in getting the gcode right, I managed to add a fix offset to the pcb-machine.h from pcb-gcode, resulting in satisfactory outcomes. As for the most recent update, I received a new tool (3,175x20°x0,1mm V-Type Gravierstichel Fraeser CNC gravur) which has produced astonishing results, even with the smallest copper line measuring 0.2mm. To replicate my setup, print all 4 parts, ensuring that head parts can be printed without support. Clip prints require full support but are currently functional. Securely fasten the 4 nuts to the lower part and attach the head around the bearings using 4 screws. Lastly, affix the Dremel attachment onto the head before starting your projects, while being cautious of endswitches and avoiding damage to your table.
