Ultimaker control dial

I had exactly the same problem as @CdRsKuLL, and it took me five long years to do something about it! I've never really liked the way the dial on my UM2 works, plus the fact that it used to get stuck all the time. I got around it by pulling it out a bit every few weeks. My UM2 has many upgrades, but somehow the dial was neglected! Finally, I fixed the problem and also had the chance to use the Fuzzy Skin option in Cura, which gives my dial a really nice texture. I remixed it to get rid of the dimples and add an extra lump. I also added a longer core through the middle to make it stronger, so I can print with thin walls and no support. I printed at 0.15mm layer height with a 0.4 nozzle and 0.8mm wall thickness, top and bottom. I used white PLA with zero infill at 210 degrees, and ironing was enabled. I've included the gcode for UM2 Marlin below.
