Drill a 4mm hole precisely in the center of the z-stage base plate, aligning it directly with the centers of the two existing cutouts. Next, drill two holes, each 3mm in diameter and spaced 10mm to the left and right of this central 4mm hole. To create counterbored 5mm tapped blind holes, carefully bore into the acrylic buildplate, creating 2mm deep holes. One should be centered at the rear, while the other is positioned approximately +/-80mm from the center of the plate. To achieve accurate placement, utilize the laser-engraved tick marks as a guide. It's essential that the cone-shaped bottom of each blind hole perfectly aligns with the tip of the supporting headless screw. Now, relocate the print head to the front left and right corners of the platform. Using the Ultimaker tool screwdriver, adjust the platform height to the optimal level. Finally, make any necessary adjustments to the rear center screw for a precise fit.
