Ultimaker bowden clip - thicker version

I designed this beefed-up version of the Bowden clip after struggling with the original clip popping out during use. The extra thickness boosts it from 1 mm to 2.4 mm, providing a stronger grip. This thicker clip applies an upward force on the coupler, pushing it snugly into the cone inside the print head and pressing the metal knives within the coupler against the Bowden tube securely. I've been using it for six months now, and it has performed flawlessly every time. To use this model effectively, you'll need to rotate it before slicing and then scale it in the Z-direction if you require a different thickness. For optimal results, print three at once, allowing ample time for the plastic to cool between layers.
